Personal Training

PERSONAL TRAINING:

Personal Training sessions can be booked as one-on-one or two-on-one so that the clients get the most attention and help they need during a workout.

Your first session will include a variety of fitness evaluation tests including;exercise
Health screening
Height, weight and measurements taken
target and resting heart rate
body composition
cardio endurance
muscle endurance
muscle strength
flexibility
equilibrium testing.

After completing the fitness tests an exercise plan will be provided that includes cardio and weight training.

Personal Training sessions are available for all ages.

Training sessions are held in Henderson.
